This position requires extensive cross-functional coordination, strong communication skills and the ability to build compelling presentations and comprehensive business strategies. Candidates must have demonstrated success in defining and driving complex new programs, proven organizational abilities and proven people management skills across virtual organizations. The successful candidate will have the ability to deal with ambiguity and show great attention to detail.
The Senior Architectural and Clinical Design Program Manager will be tasked with managing our partners by driving a One Team mentality; partners include our distributor and vendors such as furniture, branding and architectural services. This includes driving strategic initiatives, tracking projects in order to quickly resolve issues, track and interpret vendor partners Key Performance Indicators, manage Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain vendor diversity through RFI/RFPs. This individual will need a strong understanding of design aesthetic in order to drive decisions with our vendors as well as work closely with the team to develop and maintain the workplace standards.
You will:
Support RFI/RFP activities in partnership with procurement
Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with our vendors
Defines and establishes governance bodies and processes with our vendors
Drives creativity and innovation
Builds collaborative relationships based on trust and respect
Provide sourcing recommendations for products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes decoration and dressing, and providing samples
Work with our architectural services core vendor and other design professionals to determine industry best practices
Incorporate lesson learned from pilots and completed projects into an evolving picture of our clinical organization strategy
Define and drive continuous improvements of clinical design specifications, policies and standards
Required Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate those ideas to others on the account
Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS software
Proficient in AutoCAD
Ability to self-start, and to solve problems individually and in a team setting
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business, Organizational Design or related fields
5-10 years experience in a corporate environment including prior experience with interior clinical renovations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Humana's Corporate Real Estate Organization
