Position Description:
Columbus Regional Airport Authority is looking for a Planning & Engineering Project Manager, who wants to Land Your Next Career! This is a key position responsible for executing the construction of designed and assigned capital and operating projects on time, in scope and within budget.
The Columbus Regional Airport Authority manages and operates passenger-focused John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), cargo-focused Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK), and general aviation airport Bolton Field (TZR).

Skills/Experience Needed:
Your Take Off will be successful by doing the following with excellence: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on all phases and aspects of project development and execution, on time and within budget and scope.
Supervise and coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors in all phases and aspects of project development and execution.
Lead projects by identifying and implementing solutions that will support improvements or growth; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of P&E projects.
Prepare and lead meetings that include pre-bid, pre-construction, and stakeholder progress.
Execute disciplined approach and standards for project communications, resource planning and issue resolution processes to ensure success.
Perform related work as required.
Your Landing will be smooth if you meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or other related field and minimum seven (7) years of experience of construction management, or equivalent education and years of experience
Knowledge of building and civil project design construction and contracts
Preferred certifications: PMP Project Management Professional or PE Professional Engineer
Able to effectively lead projects through planning, execution, control, and close phases with focus on quality, customer satisfaction and budget
