This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with days in the office and work from home days.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eSUMMARY OF POSITION:u003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003eThe Junior position performs routine architectural CAD and/or drafting as well as assisting in the preparation of design and construction documents. The Junior position provides assistance to project teams and other staff members as required on basic phases of the project. It is essential for the Junior position to demonstrate an eagerness and willingness to learn. u003cbr /u003eu003cbr /u003eu003cstrongu003eMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:u003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Performs routine architectural drafting and design developmentu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Performs research and complies data and as required by the projectu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Responsible for correcting and updating drawingsu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Works on copies of design sketches and layouts prepared by othersu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Other responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manageru003cbr /u003eu003cbr /u003eu003cstrongu003eJOB REQUIREMENTS:u003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003eThis position requires at least a B.S. or B.A. in Architecture. Project experience including urban and resort hotels is preferred. Strong Rhino and Grasshopper skills are desired. This individual must demonstrate basic knowledge in architectural CAD and/or drafting and design development.
