Description

The Lead Application Architect designs and develops IT applications architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. The Lead Application Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.


In this role you will have an opportunity to make a difference in engineering solutions for compliant test data which will be used across the enterprise. You will be working with highly collaborative teams in delivering products using Agile methodologies.
We are in the process of maturing our current Test Data Engineering state through introduction of Cognitive capabilities (AI & ML) and Innovative solutions, you will have a unique opportunity to work on latest technologies related to Data Science, Cloud (Azure, GCP) and Data Virtualization.

Responsibilities

The Lead Application Architect performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
8 or more experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
Prior project lead experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Deep and demonstrated understanding of Test Data Engineering involving De-Identification/ Static and Dynamic Data Masking, Synthetic data generation and Database Virtualization capabilities using Industry standard tools like Informatica, Protegrity, CA TDM and Delphix Dynamic Platform.
Responsible for designing and configuring the technical systems and application architecture across all platforms, systems, applications and hardware within Test Data Engineering team.
Provide detailed architecture analysis, design, and direction on development activities along with best in class solution architecture.
Provide documentation on all architecture decisions and best practice approaches to architecture design implementation for On-Premise as well as Cloud solutions.
Design and development of enterprise applications utilizing components of the Microsoft .NET platform/ Angular JS as well as integrating the platform with other enterprise services
Should be DevOps Advocate with hands on experience in setting up Data pipelines & CI/CD technologies to gain Operational efficiencies
Relevant work experience in Enterprise Architecture, Full stack development, conducting architecture reviews and consensus building. Should be able to assist in POC's & Architectural patterns.
Relevant work experience in leveraging AI/ML & ETL technologies to deliver Data Profiling/Mining capabilities and generate Compliant Test Data.
Cloud Technology certified with broad understanding of Cloud best practices.
