As a member of this team, you will support the firmu2019s most important projects delivering cutting edge analytics and visualizations.In your new role, you will: Craft tools and workflows to help clients make informed decisions with confidence Create graphics and visualize data to effectively communicate design scenarios and recommendations Work closely with architects, planners, and consultants to help our clients maximize their resources and achieve their vision Communicate and distill technical information to both clients and project teams in simple terms Investigate and explore how new tools and technologies can benefit our different service lines Collaborate in a high-energy global team in support of projects in multiple offices Explore scenarios and data driven impacts in real time with clients and team members Analyze qualitative (surveys, interviews) and quantitative data (space inventories, plans, etc) to find meaningful insightsWhat you will need to succeed: Bacheloru2019s and/or Masteru2019s degree in Architecture, Planning, or related spatial design field. 5-10u202Fyears of combined experience in any or all of the following areas: spatial design (architecture, interiors, engineering, planning, etc) analytics and/or data visualization Proficient or Knowledgeable in some combination of the below software/coding languages (in order of importance): Architectural Design Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, or others Data ETL, Analysis, and Visualization Tableau & Tableau Prep, PowerBI, Excel, R, SpSS, or others Planning and Urban Design Esri Suite, especially web tools and 3d GIS Graphic Design Adobe, Figma, Affinity, or others Web Design and/or Front-End Development Wix and Corvid Front-end web development for any interactive tools (especially space planning or analytics) General Programming Python, Javascript, C#, or others Understanding of the architectural design and delivery process A love for technology and a passion for learning new tools Comfortable speaking in front of internal and external clients Highly developed organizational skillsShow Donu2019t TellWork samples will be key in selecting the right candidate for this role.
